***Re-solicitation*** The purpose is to provide the following updates to the requirement: 1. Set aside to 100% for Woman Owned Small Business Concerns. 2. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code to 561210 -Facilities Support Services. 3. Response deadline is hereby extended to Monday, 20 July 2026 @ 1000 hours (10:00 AM) Central Time (CT). 4. Update to Attachment 3 - Clauses and Provisions has been revised to include RFO 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors. 5. Update to Attachment 7 - Evaluation Factors has been revised to align with COMBO. 6. Update to Attachment 8 - Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) has been revised to include the following updates: a. All PPQs must be submitted no later than Monday, 20 July 2026 @ 1000 hours (10:00 AM) CT. ***No other items have been updated.*** ***NOTICE TO OFFERORS: PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE EVALUATED*** This solicitation is being re-opened and re-advertised in its entirety. All previously submitted quotes/proposals are hereby declared void and will not be considered or evaluated for award. To be considered for this contract opportunity, all interested vendors�including those who submitted quotes under the original inactive solicitation�must submit a new, complete quote package in direct response to this updated posting. Failure to submit a new proposal prior to the updated closing date and time will result in your exclusion from the evaluation process. Requirement Description: This requirement is a continuation contract to provide Exhaust Hoods cleaning and certification services at Sheppard AFB and Sheppard Annex at Lake Texoma (approximately 2 hour drive/120 miles from Sheppard AFB). The service provider shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, expertise, materials and other items necessary to perform cleaning kitchen exhaust hoods and ducts. It is critical that service providers are certified, qualified, trained, and efficient in the trade and must perform in the best and most workmanlike manner and in compliance with the contract and industry standards. Certification must come from an industry standardized organization such as International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA) or comparable. Contractor will be responsible for providing proof of certification for Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialists on an annual basis or as directed by their certifying industry standardized organization. Contractor must provide a photocopy of certification to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within 10 days of certification renewal. During performance of work, at least one certified technician must remain on-site at all times. During the span of this contract, modifications may be required. Modifications are based on a per exhaust hood and duct system by building. Modifications may be generated due to facility utilization, additions and deletions, renovations, demolition, and new construction. See "Attachment 2 - PWS" for a detailed breakdown of the service sought in this requirement. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 1. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than the established deadline. 3. Quotes must be valid through 30 September 2026. 4. All price quotations must be submitted via the above table. Separate quotes on company letterhead can be provided for supplemental information, but all technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document. 5.
