An Intrusion Detection System (IDS) connection, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection are included. Heating and cooling will be provided by self-contained systems. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities, lighting, paving, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping, and signage.
