Description

Department of Homeland Security - ICE is conducting makeet reaseach to identify potential sources capable of providing secured surfact parking to support governement operations. Approximate 250 unreserved secure surface parking spaces, located within a 1 mile radius of 12445 E Caley Ave, Centennial, CO 80111. ICE. Term: 5-years, 3-years firm. Purpose of this Notice: This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or lease. Submission Requirements: Interested parties (property owners, lessors, or authorized agents) capable of meeting this requirement should submit the following: 1. Property address and proximity to 12445 E. Caley Ave., Centennial, CO 80111 2. Total number of available secured parking spaces 3. Description of security features (fencing, gates, lighting, surveillance) 4. Confirmation that all spaces can be provided as a single, contiguous lot 5. Ownership/management contact information 6.
