Description

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to disassemble and properly remove the radio control tower and carefully disassemble antennae and associated parts of MOTUS system attached to the radio tower and at Caesar Creek Lake in Waynesville, OH. The contractors work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. ***AMENDMENT 0001*** THE DEADLINE FOR QUOTES TO BE SUBMITTED IS 09 SEPTEMBER 2025, 2:00 P.M.
