Add FAR clause 52.228-5.3. Extend Response due date to 3:00 PM EST on 08 June 2026.This contract is to provide support for classroom modernization efforts, basic facility maintenance and inspections for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Training Center East (MSCTCE) co-location and utilization of the Transportation School facilities and training areas located on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia. The Transportation School is assigned to 12 separate buildings comprised of 37 classrooms, administrative, and storage spaces. Modernization of MITD classroom, facilities and training areas is a deliberate continual process, and with shared use by MSC, is critical to the overall safe and efficient training for Army Rail, Cargo Handling, Maritime Soldiers and MSC Civilian Mariners.
