Description
NOTE: Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" attachment to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically. Description: The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to perform the entire design and replacement of the roof of building 155, replace the overhang covering the exhaust louver on the rear of the facility, and the overhang covering the entrance and roll up door on the front of the facility. The new roof and overhands shall eliminate every weather borne water leak into B155. The new roof shall be free from ponding. The new roof shall be insulated meeting ASHRAE zoning requirements for the facility. The new roof shall be a TPO single ply membrane roofing system. The work shall include but is not limited to: replacement of built up roof components down to roof decking, insulation, gutter system including downspouts, roof curbing, and roof coping. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW) and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on 02 June 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 1:00 PM CST on 26 May 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 1:00 PM CST on 26 May 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Identification: All attendees must bring a valid real ID. Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB's Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors' center at 9:00 AM CST Additional Info: All RFls must be submitted NLT 7:30 AM CST, on 05 June 2026. The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $300,000 and $500,000. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
