*** Bid opening results have been added as an attachment. *** Amendment 0002 has been issued updating plans and specs and extending the due date to 15 December 2025. ***Amendment 0001 has been issued providing site visit information and updating the due date to 8 December 2025. Invitation for Bids, Solicitation No. W912QR26BA001, is issued for a construction contract (Design/Bid/Build) for repair of the 37,000 SF Squadron Operations Facility, Building 7087, at Westover Air Reserve Base in Massachusetts. The contract duration is estimated at 519 calendar days from contract Administrative Notice to Proceed (NTP). Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
