***AMENDMENT 1*** CHANGE THE DATE OF THE SITE VISIT TO JULY 2, 2026 AT 1:00 PM MOUNTAIN TIME CHANGE THE DATE QUESTIONS ARE DUE TO JULY 7, 2026 AT 1:00 PM MOUNTAIN TIME This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LS26Q0043 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitor Services. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Soda Springs Ranger District, Caribou-Targhee National Forest, has a need for janitorial services in accordance with the specifications and best commercial practices in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Contractor shall furnish labor, transportation, supervision, and some equipment necessary to perform required janitorial services A site visit has been scheduled for July 1, 2026 at 1:00 pm Mountain Time. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720-Janitor Services The small business size standard is $22 Million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
