Capability statements must include verifiable evidence of: (1) a single integrated platform (not combined or third-party sources), (2) historical pricing coverage consistent with the requirement, (3) device-model-level granularity, (4) native integration of pricing and specifications, and (5) queryable database functionality. Generic capability statements or marketing materials that do not clearly demonstrate compliance with all requirements will not be considered. Responses shall be submitted in accourdance with the date, time, and email provided in the respective section of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
