Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to DocketScope, Inc. Point of contact is calvin.jackson@dea.gov. The proposed purchase order is a subscription whose primary function is to improve the productivity of those users by automating previously manual and time-consuming tasks. Users can focus on higher value analysis while DocketScope prepares, stages, captures, organizes, and pre-analyzes data for patterns, trends, content, and duplicate information and drives the workflow to ensure that the issues raised in ALL comments are considered and evaluated. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Justification for the determination is attached. The following FAR Part 12 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.12- 4 (Feb 2007) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Apr 2008) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511- Custom Computer Programming Services. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not an RFQ. Any source capable of providing the supplies and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to calvin.jackson@dea.gov. Offerors shall submit a response using their company letterhead, including a POC, Name, Phone#, email, valid UEI #,DUNS#, and CAGE#.
