Description
This is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The vendor pool for this MATOC is awarded to 10 vendors. See Attachment 1-"Vendor Pool for Imcom-E Custodial Services MATOC". The contract ceiling is established at $220,000,000.00 over a ten year period. The minimum guarantee issued to each vendor of the vendor pool is 500 Euro ($540.60), as agreed upon issuance of each MATOC award.
