Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Project No.: 459-23-006 Project Title: ACC Pharmacy Demolish and Prepare Prescription Preparation Area for Script Pro Equipment Installation, Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) on behalf of VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System has a requirement that will include demolition, replacement of flooring and relocation/installation of utilities and infrastructure in accordance with the draft statement of work (SOW) that was sent in the sources sought. Contractors must demonstrate their ability to meet all requirements listed in this notice. FINAL STATEMENT OF WORK will be sent with the official solicitation notice. All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is a draft and subject to amendment(s) and is in no way binding to the Government. In consideration of time, a draft copy of the SOW was sent as a sources sought and was posted on November 14, ahead of a scheduled site visit to be determined and will be released with solicitation posting. A request for proposal will be issued as an SDVOSB set aside under the Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. PSC Code is J056, maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Construction and Building Materials Project magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 in accordance with FAR 36.204. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Potential Offerors also need to verified in Small Business Dynamic Search as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around mid-late December 2025. The solicitation will be a request for proposal (RFP), which will contain proposal instructions and a statement of work (SOW). A pre-proposal conference will be held in person prior to site visit; date to be determined in solicitation release. The pre-proposal conference should be attended by people preparing the response.
