Description

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The proposals from General Contractors for Perimeter wall repair at U.S. Government 43/2/71 including: Erect a temporary fence. The fence shall offer temporary protection to the property during construction. Demolish the existing boundary wall, including removal of foundations and restoration of all disturbed areas to match existing finishes. Excavate foundation trenches to a depth of up to 1200mm. Construct foundation walls of blockwork, incorporating vertical and horizontal reinforcement, fully tied into foundations, columns, and reinforced concrete beams. Construct solid concrete blockwork. Supply and install 350mm diameter coiled galvanized razor wire.Construct stormwater drains. The following schedule shall be implemented: a. Date for site visit expression of interest March 20, 2026 b. Date for Site Visit March 23, 2026 @0930 AM c. Date for questions from site visit March 25, 2026 d. Date/Deadline for the submission of bids April 7, 2026 @0200 PM
