Box 9731, Stratford, CT. 06615, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6. 302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Mr. Jason Lockwood at jason.lockwood@lmco.com.
