Janitorial/cleaning services on a three (3) day per week schedule, 156 Service days at the following location(s): 485 Newton Street, Unit 6, South Hadley, MA 3000 sq. ft. 1472 Riverdale Street, West Springfield, MA 4055 sq. ft. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
