***Amendment 1- The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received, please see Amendment 1- Questions and Answers. No other changes have been made.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) FA302026Q0004 to provide classroom tables and chairs at Sheppard AFB, TX. See the attached specifications requirements and salient characteristics. The 363rd Training Squadron (TRS) at Sheppard AFB, TX requires the purchase and delivery of classroom tables and chairs. This is a Brand Name requirement. Items include: �(118) Pirouette Nesting Top Table, pneumatic height?adjustable, rectangular 30" x 60", 74P edge, Chrome Leg Finish, 4 Black Casters w/silver Hub (2 locking), White Markerboard 459-90, Laminate Grade 2, (Model PPNR3060?74P) � Strive Nesting Armless Chair with upholstered seat Chrome Frame Color Model, Black Seat & Back Color, Compliance to tb 117-2013 117, (Model SNNAU). Offerors may propose products that meet or exceed the functional, performance, and quality characteristics of the referenced brand?name items. The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time; in the event of cancellation, the Government is not obligated to reimburse any offeror for costs incurred. This requirement is a total small business set?aside under NAICS 337211 (size standard: 1,000 employees). All solicitation documents and amendments are available through this notice, and contractors are strongly encouraged to monitor for updates. The solicitation closes at 4:30 PM CST on 29 January 2026. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Primary Contact listed in the notice. All questions must be submitted in writing by 4:30 PM CST on 27 January 2026.
