Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intends to solicit the below products as Brand Name requirement. A full solicitation to bid on will be posted within a 10 days for this requirement. See the specifications for more details. Hawk Grips Instrument Tool Set, Item # HGG (Gold Set), 15 each consisting of: Medium Handlebar instrument (HG2) �All six small instruments (HG4-HG9) �Roll-up carrying case �One jar of regular emollient �User manual Hawk Grips, Multi-Tool Instrument Item # HGPro, 15 each consisting of: The HGPro multi-instrument features seven different treatment edges. In addition to the instrument, the HGPro includes a drawstring pouch, one jar of regular emollient, and a User Manual. Level I: Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) Fundamentals Training. Level II: Advanced IASTM Training. *** See attachment for specifications. This is for a Name Brand requirement; Hawk Grips Instruments must be manufactured by Hawk Grips. Hawkgrips are fabricated from 316 grade stainless steel, hand polished, and have patented textured cross-hatch gripping. The Instruments must be new only; no used, refurbished, or rebuilt equipment will be accepted. The Instruments shall have a Forever warranty and meet all specifications listed in the specification exhibits. One time delivery within 30 days of award. HawkGrips� are cast molded from CF8M, which is a molybdenum bearing modification of CF8 alloy, and is the cast equivalent of wrought AISI 316 stainless steel. The presence of molybdenum increases the general corrosion resistance and the resistance to pitting by chlorides. **** This is a Brand Name requirement; vendor must be an authorized vendor. ***** **** Equipment will be new; no used, rebuilt or refurbished equipment will be acceptable. Warranty- equipment will be free from defects on acceptance of equipment. Free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a Forever warranty. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes at this time; however, if your company has information or these products, please send your capabilities statement for review.
