RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Tennessee City: Nashville Delineated Area: North: Charlotte Ave South: Demonbreun St West: 11th Avenue East: 5th Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Space Type: Parking Only Parking Spaces (Total): 41 Parking Spaces (Surface): 41 Parking Spaces (Structured): 41 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 1 year Firm Term: N/A Additional Requirements: � 24 hour access is required. � Of the 41 spaces required, 41 of the spaces shall be structured/surface. � Parking spaces shall be secured and illuminated in accordance with ISC Facility Security Level requirements as determined by the Federal Protection Service (FPS). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
