Description
In accordance with FAR part 5, for acquisitions covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement or a Free Trade Agreement, the period of time between publication of the synopsis notice and receipt of offers must be no less than 40 days. However, if the acquisition falls within a general category identified in an annual forecast, the availability of which is published, the contracting officer may reduce this time period to as few as 10 days. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is publicizing its annual forecast with the general type and quantity that DLA anticipates procuring during fiscal year 2026. The forecast represents estimated quantities foreign and domestic. FY2026 Bulk & PCS 72.400 million barrels Intro-Plane 3.841 million barrels Bunkers 1.969 million barrels Non-contract 2.325 million barrels TOTAL 80.535 million barrels The above quantities are estimates only and potential offerors seeking to do business with DLA Energy should refer to the individual soliciations for precise quantities.
