Amendment to provide response to Questions for RFQ 36C24826Q0364. RFQ 36C24826Q0336 QUESTIONS & RESPONSES Q1. Is this an SDVOSB set-aside? A1. It is 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside Q2. Can we be considered for rule of 2? A2. As indicated in Block 10 of the 1449 (first page of RFQ), only SDVOSB distributors will be considered for this solicitation since it is a 100% Set-Aside. Q3. Clarify the required tank capacity, internal dimensions, and any maximum footprint constraints for the Ultrasonic cleaning system? A3. Twin basins 30 gallon/basin, 80lb total weight capacity Q4. Clarify the minimum essential features, modes, or functionalities required for this Ultrasonic Cleaning System?" A4. Twin basins Q5. Is there a specific manufacturer required, or is this a "Brand Name or Equal" requirement? A5. Getinge Triton 72 or equal. Q6. Are we required to include starter consumables (e.g., enzymatic detergents) or specific instrument baskets/trays in our quote? A6. Contractor will provide startup supplies Q7. Does the Government require the contractor to provide inside delivery, uncrating, setup, installation, and/or user training, or will VA Sterile Processing Service (SPS) personnel handle the installation? A7. Contractor will be responsible for delivery, uncrating and installation. Q8. What are the electrical requirements for the designated installation space (e.g., 110V, 208V, or 240V; single or three-phase)? A8. 208V Q9. Are there specific plumbing requirements or constraints at the installation site for water supply and drainage? A9. No special plumbing or drainage requirement at site. Q10. Is there an existing unit that needs to be decommissioned, removed, and disposed of by the contractor? A10. No Q11. What is the anticipated Required Delivery Date (RDD) for this procurement? A11. Within 60 days of contract award Q12. Does the Orlando VA have a loading dock available for receiving, or will a delivery truck with a lift-gate be required? A12.
