ITEM: Generator, Alternating Current NSN: 6115-01-504-0680 Mfr CAGE: 19207 Mfr Part Number: 12423625 Min Qty: 261 Max Qty: 3,713 5 year IDIQ LTC FOB: Destination KIND OF CONTRACT: FIRM-FIXED PRICE See the solicitation for actual closing date. Once available, the solicitation can be downloaded from beta.SAM.gov. The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist. The subject solicitation is Sole Source/Limited Source. The TDP will only be available to the Sole Source/Limited Source Manufacturers. Any questions, please contact the Contract Specialist. Bidders are hereby notified of the following requirements: In order to receive the technical data package, all bidders are required to execute a Use and Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) binding each bidder to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Vendors must have access to Contract Opporutunities (www.sam.gov). A copy of the non-disclosure agreement is an attachment to the solicitation when the solicitation is issued on the web. An official authorized to legally bind the company must sign the NDA. Upon execution of the NDA, it must be returned to the Contract Specialist by email or fax. Upon receipt of the signed NDA, the technical data will be released in Contract Opporutunities (www.sam.gov). Your firm must request access to the TDP in Contract Opporutunities in addition to submitting the NDA in order to receive the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP. If you do not have access to Contract Opporutunities, recommend you register as soon as possible at (www.sam.gov).
