Description
Pre-Solicitation DRAFT PWS Informational Posting for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) contract. UPDATE to Industry Day: The MIOSS Program and Contracting Team is planning to conduct an Industry Day at Fort Stewart, GA on 21 January 2026. The initial meeting will start promptly at 9:00 am and will be followed by demonstrations and a site visit. An itinerary will be released shortly along with registration information. Registration will start on or about 6 January 2026 and end on 15 January 2026 in order to give us time to be able to clear all participants and give instructions on access to the base. Any other pertinent information about this event will be updated on this posting here on SAM.gov. INTRODUCTION: This Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) that is attached, establishes the general performance requirements necessary to execute tasks within the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) contract. Program Executive Office for Simulations, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Medical Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) has a requirement to provide Instructor/Operator (I/Os). The efforts described in this DRAFT PWS are required to support teacher led medical based training and situational scenario-based training, and provide services related to medical TADSS instruction and operation. The purpose of providing this DRAFT PWS is to get Contractor�s input and interest in the MIOSS Program. This contract will be an 8(a) Small Business set-aside competition. Qualified 8(a) Contractors are asked to provide questions and comments about the DRAFT PWS using the spreadsheet attachment and sending to the following Contract Specialists: Carly Haning carly.j.haning.civ@army.mil and Christina Minnon christina.l.minnon.civ@army.mil. All questions need to be submitted by 6 January 2026, 2:00 pm (EST). DISCLAIMER: THIS REQUEST FOR QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. NOT RESPONDING TO THIS DOES NOT PRECLUDE PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE RFP, IF ANY IS ISSUED.
