Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Agilent Technologies, Inc., 2850 Centerville Road Wilmington DE 19808, Cage Code: 0YSC6, to provide Revident Liquid Chromatography. The requirement is to be issued under NAICS code 334516. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Title 41 U.S.C. 4106(c)(2) as implemented by GSA Manual 538.7104-3(b)(1)(ii) �Only once source is capable. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition regarding this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 22 May 2026 @ 11:00AM EST, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
