Page 7 of 7 Page 1 of This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17- VA Central Texas (VACTHCS) facilities. The AVAMC (Amarillo VA Medical Center) requires a brand name or equal Philips Intrasight Mobile 5/Volcano. The Philips Volcano will attach to the GE Mac-Lab system in the CathLab which is currently being built. This piece will allow the Physician to be able to see the amount of blockage there is at any point in the artery. This will enable AVAMC to do interventional heart studies for the local Veterans, so they don t need to travel to another facility to get this care. 1. SERVICES: This will include all pieces of the system needed to perform a Cardiac Catheterization, Stent Placement, Calculation of Blockage and other Interventional Studies. All installations shall follow the guidelines of The Joint Commission, NFPA, CDRH, VAMC. All work will Take place during normal business hours of 8-5, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. There will be no work conducted on any Government Holiday or after hours unless there is mutual Agreement between the COR and the installation team of Philips. All work must be Turn-key from the vendor. Salient Characteristics: Combined modalities on a single platform to provide a comprehensive view of the targeted vessel, these include: Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) which provides detailed images of the vessel s interior to assess size, lesions, or plaques. Instantaneous Wave Free Ratio (iFR) and Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) which measure blood flow and pressure within vessels to evaluate significance of a blockage. Angiography co-registration which integrates iFR and IVUS data with an angiogram, allowing the physician to map real-time pressure profiles and vessel measurements directly onto the x-ray image. Integration with GE and/or Philips therapy systems to reduce data entry errors 9.7 diagonal monitor 1 CPU processor with 2/3 GHz DICOM compatible Windows 10 operating system The following is the equipment to be installed: Volcano/Intrasight Mobile 5 With Cart Performance Monitoring Clinical Engineering will monitor the install to ensure everything is being installed as planned, timely, and that will be done by the Government s appointee. Place of Performance. The Place of performance will be located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo, Texas 79106, BLDG 1, 4th Floor.
