Description

Work consists of the demolition of the existing roofing system including asphalt shingles, underlayment, ice and water shield, gutters, soffit and fascia, and all other flashings trim and fasteners associated with the existing system. Existing dormers will also be demolished with roof decking repair. Installation of the new roofing system includes new shingle system as specified, new soffit and fascia, and new gutters and downspouts. The project NAICS code 238160 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. The estimated project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Project Site Visit: As specified in FAR Clause 52.236-27 (Alt I), a site visit will be held on 07 January 2026 at 1:00 pm MST in the 341st Contracting Squadron Auditorium (located at 7015 Goddard Drive, Bldg. 145, Malmstrom AFB, MT, 59402). All interested parties must be able to access a federal installation in order to attend the site visit. If you do not currently have the ability to access to a federal installation, please fill out, sign, and submit a Contractor Entry Authorization List (CEAL) (Attachment 8) to the contracting personnel identified in Box 7 no later than 30 December 2025. Amendment 001 Released on 15 January 2026. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Update Attachment 5 (Wage Determinations) to WD MT20260040, WD MT20260058, and WD MT20260062 (Published Jan 1, 2026); 2. Update Attachment 6, Sections L and M (Revised 15Jan26); 3. Add Attachment 9 - MAF Roof Pictures; and, 4. Extend the proposal due date from 20 January 2026 to 05 February 2026. Amendment 002 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide a revision to Attachment 1_Specifications (23Jan26) based on Requests for Information (RFI) responses. 2. Provide a revision to Attachment 6_Sections L and M (23Jan26) based on RFI responses. 3. Add soffit drawings via Attachment 10_Repair MAF Roofs Soffit. 4. Add RFI responses via Attachment 11_MAF Roof Q&A (23Jan26). 5. Increase the Period of Performance by 42 calendar days, from 126 calendar days to 168 calendar days.
