Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) intends to award a sole source purchase order to George Washington (GW) Medical Faculty Associates to provide 24/7 unlimited medical access services to board-certified emergency medicine physicians for case consultation through the George Washington Department of Emergency Medicine Maritime Medical Access (MMA) program for 1 (one) base year with four (4) option years. And administer an annual US Coast Guard-approved 4-day advanced medical care custom in-person training course and provide instructors and training supplies for various staff who participate on Research Vessels(R/V) Lake Guardian surveys in the Great Lakes open water for four (4) option years. Based on market research conducted GW Medical Faculty Associates offers the only known training course that is hands-on and tailored to the R/V Lake Guardian, as well as maritime medical access service. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. This is not a solicitation. Any interested party that believes it can meet the GLNPO requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by December 3, 2025. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Stephanie Richardson at richardson.stephanie@epa.gov no later than the time and date identified on the notice. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements.
