Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Assurance Division (IAD) Cyber Defense and Intelligence Support Services (CDISS). THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation announcement. This RFI is solely for market research and planning and information purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Broad Agency Announcement, Request for Proposal, etc.). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. ICE is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. All submissions become the property of the Government and will not be returned. If you submit proprietary information, you must clearly mark �PROPRIETARY� on every sheet containing such information and segregate the proprietary information to the maximum extent practical from other portions of your response (e.g., use an attachment or exhibit). Respondents are responsible for adequately marking proprietary information in their response. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked �Proprietary� will be handled accordingly. RFI Purpose: This RFI/Sources Sought is seeking information to aid in refining the acquisition strategy, determining if a set aside will be used, contract vehicle selection, and seeking comments and information on the High-Level Requirements documents. Please see attached SOW Comment Matrix along with the draft Statement of Work (SOW). Please note, the draft SOW is a working document and subject to change prior to solicitation. The SOW Comment Matrix is provided to identify issues or ask questions about the draft SOW only. Response Due Date: January 9, 2025 @ 12:00 PM, Eastern Time A PDF copy of the MS Forms questionnaire has been provided to give respondents an opportunity to view all questions. DO NOT SUBMIT A COMPLETED PDF. Only responses in MS Forms will be accepted. A completed comment matrix may be submitted separately via email to the Contract Specialist, justin.dudenhefer@ice.dhs.gov. QUESTIONS: A question-and-answer period is not part of this RFI. All questions regarding this requirement should be included in the SOW Comment Matrix response. However, any questions related to the RFI form functionality or extensions may be sent directly via email to the Contracting Officer, pamela.a.rodgers@ice.dhs.gov and the Contract Specialist, justin.dudenhefer@ice.dhs.gov.
