Description
FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION This acquisition will be negotiated on a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION basis with K-FLEX LLC, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. All responsible sources may submit a response or proposal prior to the offer due date. Any such submissions will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion. An award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated. The solicitation is expected to be posted on SAM.gov on or about 9 February 2026 , with quotes due on or about 17 February 2026. Prospective offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any amendments from the SAM.gov website and for monitoring the site regularly for updates. The Government will not be responsible for any issues preventing access to posted documents.
