This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ***PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY*** Solicitation number W9127S26QA027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. Set Aside, NAICS Code & Size Standard: This solicitation is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.NAICS Code is 237990, Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction - Land drainage contractors, with the applicable size standard of $45M. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Non-personal service to keep specified drainage ditches, culverts, beaver screen, and gates free flowing - free from beaver dams, log jams, debris, and other obstructions and trapping of nuisance animals.
