Work is located at Nathaniel Washington Power Plant near Grand Coulee Dam, adjacent to the Cities of Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam, Washington, approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington, in Okanogan County. Principal components of work include replacement of damaged stator bottom bar in Generator 23 (G23), and removal and replacement of top bars for access to the damaged bottom bar.
