Description
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award on a Sole Source basis contract #PR16008835 to Service First GP (Pty) Ltd for providing materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to remove the existing corroded condenser coils and install new condenser coils on both Chancery chillers at U.S. Embassy Cotonou. This award will be under NAICS code 334416 and is being issued under the authority of FAR 13.106-(b)(1). The work shall be performed within 12 to 20 weeks. This will be a sole source requirement in accordance with the authority and citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Service First GP (Pty) Ltd is considered as the only responsible source to handle US Embassy Cotonou requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The services will be provided in Cotonou, Benin. This is not a request for proposal, and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclose requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement.
