Description

This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for quotation. No solicitation will be issued, and no quotations will be requested. The Department of Health and Human Services, on behalf of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Virscidian, LLC, 225 Franklin Street, 26th Floor, Boston, MA 02110, USA, now part of Dotmatics, for the renewal of Virscidian Analytical Studio Express software licenses. The purpose of this requirement is to renew Virscidian Analytical Studio software licenses for a 12-month period of performance from date of award to ensure uninterrupted support of NCATS� high-throughput reaction screening workflows. The RFQ identifies this requirement as a firm-fixed-price acquisition for Virscidian Analytical Studio Express products and related license subscriptions. The required licenses support the NCATS Analytical Chemistry Core�s use of Virscidian Analytical Studio to automate and streamline chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) data analysis workflows. Analytical data are generated from Agilent and Waters HPLC/UPLC-MS systems, and the software supports automated data ingestion, compound identification, quantification, reaction yield calculations, visualization, and export of high-throughput screening results.
