Use Cases: General storage plus units specifically capable of vehicle trailer storage (1-10X24X8, 3-10X20X8,2-10X15X8,1-10X25X8,2-10X20X8,1-10X10X8,). Environment: Climate?controlled units suitable for sensitive equipment/materials. Access: Repetitive (recurring) access by NRCS personnel; secure access controls; hours consistent with mission needs. Proximity: Facility must be within a 5?mile radius of 345 Keyway Dr, Flowood, MS. Safety/Security: Facility must meet standard commercial safety/security practices (e.g., lighting, security cameras, and gated access) and provide routine maintenance of units and common areas.
