Description

The Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD 20670 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Carahsoft Technology Corporation, 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Reston Virginia 20190 (Cage code: 1P3C5) on a sole source basis under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Fleet Readiness Center, Southwest (FRCSW) has been tasked to procure and maintain LinkedIn recruitment services for eleven (11) concurrent, active job postings on LinkedIn, part numbers 715-JBSRUT020 and JBMNGRSET-2. Carahsoft Technology Corporation is the only authorized retailer for the required services. For this reason, the Government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Carahsoft Technology Corporation (Cage code: 1P3C5). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://sam.gov/content/home) database prior to submission of an offer and at time of award to be considered for an award of any DoD contract. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
