Description
THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT FROM RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY INTERESTED PARTIES IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY AND NO MONETARY COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR RESPONSE PREPARATION. The current contract for this requirement is Contract 70Z02325F74100009. The Contractor�s name and address is D&G Support Services, LLC, 3460 Commission Court Suite 201, Woodbridge, VA 22192. The total contract value is $249,968.20. The contract expires on 9/28/2024. The Government intends to recompete this contract in the future. The scope of this requirement is to provide front-end geospatial web development, user training, and backend data advisory support for the Office of Shore Forces (CG-741). This support is dedicated to the Shore Forces Enterprise, encompassing Command Centers, SECTORs, Marine Safety Units, and Response/Prevention capabilities. As part of this effort, the USCG is requesting information about this requirement. The USCG would like all interested parties to review the attached draft SOW and to provide any questions you may have. Interested parties are not required to answer all of the questions below except for questions 1 and 2. However, you are encouraged to answer as many questions as possible. Please provide a capabilities statement with the following information. Name of Company, Address, SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEID), Point of Contact Information including physical mailing address, phone number, and email address. Business Size Classification and Socioeconomic Group (Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZONE, 8(A), Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman Owned), if any. Experience and past performance of contracts of similar scope and complexity as the attached SOW. Please provide name of agency or company and point of contact information. Please provide your level of interest in this requirement. Please indicate whether you believe the Government�s requirement is a Commercial Item or not and provide your rationale. Please review the Statement of Work and provide any questions or comments you have about the technical aspects, clauses and administrative aspects. Please provide recommended edits and comments. Please provide any recommended evaluation factors you think would make the solicitation meaningful. What labor categories do you believe would be needed to fulfill this requirement? What does your company do to ensure that your GIS dashboards are clean, intuitive, and easy for non-technical leadership to use without training? How does your company ensure that map-based dashboards meet military/government datasets requirements? What standard GIS and data visualization platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Power BI, custom web apps) have your company support for this type of effort?
