SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) A. Purpose of Notice: To obtain a source list of interested/capable contractors to aid in market research, establishment of a method of procurement, basis for award, and/or other procurement information useful to the Government�s requirement. B. Project Title: Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery, Surface Water Intake Fish Screens and Fish Passage Phase II Pipe Rehabilitation, Columbia Basin Project, Washington C. Work is located approximately four miles southwest of Leavenworth, Washington, in Chelan County. D. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is conducting market research for pipeline rehabilitation at the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery, Columbia Basin Project. The work is for rehabilitating and replacing the existing pipeline for the water intake fish screens and fish passage project. Principle components of the work consist of installation of a parallel pipeline on U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Land and installation of equipment vaults, electrical work, and replacing valves on U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Land. E. Estimated period of performance: November 1, 2026 � August 31, 2027 F. Estimated Order of Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 G. Estimated NAICS: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction H. Estimated Size Standard: $45 Million I. Estimated Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Construction J. Estimated Principal Components of work to be performed includes the following: 1. Excavation support. 2. Replacing pipe in a trench parallel to existing pipe. Abandoning the existing pipe in place. 3. Installing new control valve vault. 4. Installing new flowmeter vault. 5. Installing thrust blocks, valves, and equipment. 2 6. Miscellaneous metalwork fabrications for control valve and flowmeter vaults. 7. Earthwork. 8. Demolition of concrete. 9. Instrumentation. 10. Control and monitoring system. 11. Electrical power distribution. 12. Installing prefabricated metal buildings. K. The intent of this notice is to identify potential interested offerors for the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery, Surface Water Intake Fish Screens and Fish Passage Phase II Pipe Rehabilitation, Columbia Basin Project, Washington. Reclamation is seeking a qualified, experienced firm capable of providing the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the Principal Components of Work identified above and as identified within the project specifications and drawings (specifications and drawings are not available at this time). Interested offerors are invited to submit the following information: 1. Statement of interest as a prime and/or subcontractor 2. Construction bonding level, aggregate and per contract 3. Point of contact information 4. Size status and/or SBA certification program for NAICS 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction 5. Firm�s capability to successfully manage complex requirements 6. Recent projects similar in size, scope, and/or magnitude L.
