Description
SOLICITATION Bonneville PIT Detection ITS Shield Spare Parts 1. Solicitation W9127N26QA093 is a Request For Quote (RFQ) for PIT Detection ITS Shield Spare Parts for the Bonneville Lock and Dam. The Contractor shall deliver all required supplies no later than 26 weeks after the date of award. 2. General Information: The resulting purchase shall include all associated characteristics and items described in the Purchase Description and reference attachments. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 326199 - All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of an active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please review this solicitation in its entirety, including all solicitation attachments provided herein, and submit an offer for the requested item as outlined in the Solicitation form. 3. Instructions: 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (MAR 2023) - ADDENDUM Proposals shall include the following: a. Contractor Name: Full legal business name (must match SAM.gov profile). b. UEI Number: 12-character Unique Entity Identifier. c. CAGE Code: 5-character Commercial and Government Entity Code. d. NAICS Verification: Confirmation of active registration for NAICS code 326199 in SAM.gov. e. Point of Contact: Full name, direct phone number, and official email address of the authorized representative. f. Payment Terms: Statement of acceptance of Net 30 terms, or any proposed prompt payment discounts (e.g., 2% 10, Net 30). g. Lead Time: Estimated delivery schedule or lead time After Receipt of Order (ARO). h. Offer Expiration: Explicit date indicating how long the quote remains valid. (i). Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. Your quote package MUST include: 1. Spec sheets/information brochures for the items quoted in your package. Information should clearly show and demonstrate your company's ability to meet the stated requirement. Failure to provide sufficient information will result in a determination of the quote being unresponsive to the solicitation. 2. Offerors must complete and sign the solicitation under blocks 17, 30a, 30b, and 30c of the SF 1449, and complete the CLIN section. 3. Offerors shall submit quotes via email; oral offers will not be accepted. Any questions generated from this solicitation must be submitted to consuelo.j.kiser@usace.army.mil by 7 July 2026 by 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). When addressing questions concerning any aspect of the solicitation, state the page number, section, and paragraph that requires clarification. The Contracting Officer will provide clarification(s) through amendment(s) to the solicitation following receipt of any questions. Submissions: Quotes are due no later than 17 July 2026, at 11:00 PM PDT. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before the offer due date and time.
