Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z04526-Q-KODI0018 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for USCG Cordova Housing Garage Door replacement and maintenance. The NAICS Code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $22M per annum. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. USCG Base Kodiak has a requirement for Garage door replacement and maintenance at the USCG Cordova Housing, Cordova, AK 99574, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offeror shall provide a firm-fixed price to perform the entire effort identified in the SOW. CLIN 0001 � Garage Door Replacement and maintenance 1 Job Price $To be Proposed Performance must be completed within 90 days after the notice to proceed is issued, unless otherwise negotiated. Service Contract Labor Standards (FAR 22.10) are applicable to this procurement, with the equivalent rate of hire fill in: 23470 - Laborer . The wage determination is attached to this solicitation. If it is in the best interest of the government, quotes submitted after the due date may be accepted. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise expressly stated on the quote.
