Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, NM, intends to award to McManis Associates, Inc. to procure Chargemaster system services which includes updating current revenue codes, HCPCS/CPT coding, charging strategies, date flow and chargemaster maintenance procedures following Medicare guidelines to ensure regulatory billing and reporting notices to assure accuracy and improve the quality of data submitted to third party payers. The anticipated period of performance is: Base Period: 02/07/2026-12/31/2026 Option Period One: 01/01/2027-12/31/2027 Option Period Two: 01/01/2028-12/31/2028 Option Period Three: 01/01/2029-12/31/2039 Option Period Four: 01/01/2030-12/31/2030 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541611- Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $24.5m. No further awards will be made unless the need for Gallup Indian Medical Center changes. The prospective services identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. The identified vendor has the capability to provide Chargemaster system services and market research indicates the vendor is the only source. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. If no affirmative written response is received by February 6,2026, 9:00 am MST, the contract will be issued without further notice.
