Description
Upper Mississippi NWR is requesting a small, 18� long x 60� Width boat, for use at the Wildlife Refuge. See attached Scope of Work for more specific details. Additionally, USFWS has an existing boat to be used as trade-in. See SOW for the specifications of the existing boat. Boat will need to be delivered to: Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife Refuge N5727 County Road Z ONALASKA WI 54650-8552 Please submit questions by 4/15/2026, to Bill Koski, william_koski@ios.doi.gov Quotes are due 4/24/2026, at 5:00 PM, EST, to Bill Koski, william_koski@ios.doi.gov The Magnitude of this requirement is $25,000 to $100,000.
