Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to Thomas Scientific LLC 1654 High Hll Rd Swedesboro, NJ 08085 to procure investigation lasers. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only the specified brand-name item will satisfy the Government�s need. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334510. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached for details.
