Description

The Department of Surgery, Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), Fort Hood, Texas submitted a request for Trauma Registrar services. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain 1 FTE trauma registrar services to This position will ensure CRDAMC is in compliance, and able to maintain its designation as a Level III Trauma Center. at CRDAMC. The contractor will ensure accurate, timely, and complete abstraction, coding, and data entry of trauma patient information in compliance with all applicable accreditation, regulatory, and organizational requirements. The NAICS being used for this requirement is 561110 with a Small Business Size standard of $12.5M. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 1 Feb 2026 � 30 Sep 2026 with One (1), one-year Option Period. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT - This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Documentation of appropriate products must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary means to compete for this acquisition. Offerer's type of small business and Business Size (Whether 8(a), HUB Zone, Women Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, etc.), or Large Business Status, should be documented in the Statement of Capability. The solicitation will be available on or about 15 January 2026 on https://sam.gov/. Prospective offerers are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Interested parties are responsible for marking information that is proprietary in nature. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it, pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this source sought notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. No subcontracting opportunity is anticipated. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors responding to this source sought notice are advised their response does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research.
