Description
Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work to Reonovate Historic Theater Building No. 35 at James H. Quillen VAMC, Mt. Home, TN. NAICS code: 236220 Size Standard: $45M Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Reference VAAR 852.219-73 Scope of Work - Restoration of the Historic Theater Bldg. 35, a brick-and-mortar structure, at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home (Johnson City), Tennessee. This building includes approximately 24,876 square feet of existing space on the first floor, second floor, and basement, respectively, with crawl space including utilities. This project shall correct all documented facility condition assessment deficiencies noted in the 2012 FCA Report for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. Design work will include, but is not limited to, select demolition, abatement of environmental hazards including LBP and ACM, modification, restoration, and new construction of existing interior and exterior features such as: roof and exterior walls, interior walls, floors, ceilings; doors and frames; floors, walls and ceiling finishes; restoration of plaster features; finished carpentry; casework; ceiling systems;; electrical power and lighting systems; plumbing systems including domestic water, chilled water, heating hot water/steam; data and communications systems; fire suppression, Outside Plant (OSP) building support utilities and additional miscellaneous improvements and modifications as required to provide a complete and functional multiuse space. Completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications.
