THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS A RESPONSE TO RFIs RECEIVED IN REGARD TO THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE : 36C24226R0047 DESIGN RENOVATE BUILDING 76 RESTROOMS. BELOW ARE THE RFIs and ANSWERS: The solicitation requires "a copy of valid state registration for each lead designer." Will this requirement count against the page count, 50 pages maximum? All SF 330 submissions must include the following information either on the SF 330 or by accompanying document: Copy of valid state registration for each lead designer . Therefore, this is not included in the 50 pages if it is sent in a separate attachment. The solicitation calls for a "Copy of current https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ SDVOSB/VOSB certification." Will this requirement count against the page count, 50 pages maximum? All SF 330 submissions must include the following information either on the SF 330 or by accompanying document: Copy of current https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ SDVOSB/VOSB certification . Therefore, this is not included in the 50 pages if it is sent in a separate attachment. The solicitation calls for Part IIs for prime and subs.� Will this requirement count against the page count, 50 pages maximum? Yes, this counts toward the page limit. The solicitation calls for past performance reports. Will this requirement count against the page count, 50 pages maximum? Yes. If the response to questions 1-3 is yes/affirmative, we respectfully request the page count be increased to account for these documents. Maximum increased to 60 pages. Evaluation criteria #4, Past Performance, makes reference to states "SUBMIT A COMPLETED CPARS/ACASS EVALUATION FOR EACH PROJECT UNDER CRITERION 1. IF THERE IS NOT A COMPLETED CPARS/ACASS EVALUATION, the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) included in this notice is provided for the offeror or its team members to submit to the client for each project the offeror includes under Criterion 1." The solicitation did not include the PPQ form referenced here in bold. Please send us the PPQ form you would prefer we use for our proposal response. FORM ATTACHED
