Description
Introduction: The US Army Western Hemisphere Command (USAWHC) desires to procure lodging, conference room(s), and catered meals in the Fayetteville Regional Airport area within a 15-mile radius of Fort Bragg, NC 28310 (FBNC) from 26 February- 07 March 2026. This presolicitation notice is looking for any federal, state, or local government run venues, within a 15 mile radius of Fort Bragg, NC 28310, that can support the requirements listed in the attached PWS. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
