DISCLAIMER: This presolicitation notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Formal Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Solicitation notice. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Any formal RFP will be released on https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Fort Rucker Aviation Maintenance (FRAM) II contract is anticipated to provide all aircraft maintenance and logistics support associated with Army Aviator training at Fort Rucker, Alabama. It is anticipated that a Formal RFP will be released in May 2026; however, this date is subject to change without notice. The Offeror shall utilize Section J Attachment 0012, Question Template, to submit questions in response to this presolicitation notice. Questions shall be submitted to usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-fram-ii@army.mil, no later than 11:00 A.M. (CST), Tuesday, 28 April 2026.
