Description
This amendment updates the PWS. PWS section 4.2 has been added. This amendment add's the questions and answers as of 02/23/2026. This amendment is being issued to offer a site visit. Reference the document "Site Visit Information" for the full details. An organized site visit is being offered for interested parties. This provides an opportunity for offerors to inspect the site where services are to be performed. Date and Time: Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. Location: 15000 Highway 115, Camp Ripley BLDG: 11-63E Little Falls, MN 56345-4173. RSVP: If you plan to attend, please notify eric.a.ahlgren.civ@army.mil and luke.d.thomsen.civ@army.mil by Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. Please include the names of all attendees in your notification. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2025-06. Attachments: B 01 - Combined Synopsis_Solicitation - Medlog FY26-31: Lists the required Combined Synopsis Solicitation details, clauses and provisions. A.02. PWS and PRS Medlog 2.5.2026: Details the performance work required. B 04 SCA Wage Determination: Lists the wage rated applicable to this requirement.
