Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Mechanical Vegetation Removal Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Upper CT River Basin in Vermont and New Hampshire to include the following locations: Ball Mountain Lake, Jamaica, VT; Townshend Lake, Townshend, VT; North Hartland Lake, Hartland, VT; Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT; North Springfield Lake, Springfield, VT; Otter Brook Lake, Keene, NH; and Surry Mountain Lake, Surry, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Mechanical Vegetation Removal Services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(e)(3), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD UP TO THREE (3) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS ONE (1) SOLICITATION. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about February 18, 2026. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.sam.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
