Description

The Oklahoma Army National Guard - Recruiting and Retention Battalion (OKARNG � RRB) is a vital component of the state's military forces, playing a crucial role in maintaining the strength and readiness of the Oklahoma National Guard. The battalion's primary mission is to recruit new soldiers into the Oklahoma National Guard. They are responsible for generating leads, processing applications, and guiding potential recruits through the enlistment process. This includes everything from providing information about the various career opportunities and benefits available, to assisting with the ASVAB exam and basic training preparation. Recruiters are active in their communities, building relationships with schools and other organizations to find qualified candidates who are looking for a way to serve their country and state.
