The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 9, Network Contracting Office 9 intends to issue and award a sole source, single award Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract to Guardian Pharmacy of Tennessee, DBA East Tennessee Pharmacy Services, for Pharmacy Dispensing Services in support of all Tennessee State Veterans Homes. It has been determined that through initial Market Research, only one (1) responsible source can provide the required equipment as identified below, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 0001 Brand Name Medications (% +/- AWP) 0002 Brand Name Dispensing Fee (% +/- Medicaid Disp.
